Packages start st $150 and can cost as much as $1,500.  It really depends on how much is discovered, how much information the client wants, and what format they want to receive the information.

It is up to the client. The information can be in a list format with names, dates, and qualifying data in a downloadable file. A family tree can be created on a website, or a family report/story in which the narrative of your family's story is told in a format highlighting where they were born, their occupation, how they lived, etc.  The family story can be downloaded and printed or put together in a book that will be bound and delivered to your doorstep. Family reunion booklets are an option as well.

The research is document based via vital records, public records, interviews etc. However, if a client is interested in having their DNA included, it is an option. 

While we don't actively search for more family members after a project is closed out, if more information becomes available, the client is notified and is given an opportunity to reopen the project.
